A full-stack ecommerce platform with a custom pledge-to-group-buy engine. Users back projects with pledges, and once minimum order quantities are hit, a group buy opens at volume-discounted pricing. The site supports public and private (email-gated) projects, tiered MOQ price breaks, progress tracking, and manages the complete lifecycle from pledge through prototyping, group buy, and fulfilment. Stripe handles all payment processing, with full GDPR-compliant data handling built in. The frontend, backend, database schema, payment flows, and deployment pipeline were all built from scratch as a solo project.

A full-stack web application with a Go backend and React frontend. The site lets users browse and search a directory of companies, each scored against a set of values — workers’ rights, environmental impact, political activity, and more. Every data point is backed by a cited source. The platform includes category filtering, sorting, a company detail view with source links, and a community submission system for users to contribute new data. Built as a solo project end to end — API design, database modelling, UI/UX, and deployment.

The main marketing and membership site for iconiK. I led the complete design, establishing the visual identity that carried across all subsequent iconiK platforms — the app, experience portal, and shopping site. The site features a tiered membership comparison table, brand storytelling sections, and sign-up flows. Built on Wix with custom layouts and design direction handled entirely by me.

A React Native mobile app (iOS and Android) that I scoped and architected from the ground up. I defined the full feature set, designed the user flows, selected the tech stack, and oversaw all development through to App Store and Play Store publication. I personally tested every build and change. My core hands-on contribution was designing and specifying the iKoins rewards currency system — the points architecture, earning rules, redemption logic, and how it integrates across the app, experience portal, and shopping platform. The only thing I didn’t do was write the code.

An ecommerce booking platform I scoped and architected. The site lets members browse experience categories (Dine, Ride, Discover, Relax, Experience), view details, and purchase using iKoins combined with standard payment. I defined every feature, selected WordPress with custom ecommerce code as the stack, designed the payment and rewards integration, oversaw all development work, tested every change, and managed the site through to go-live. The only thing I didn’t do was write the code.

A luxury ecommerce platform I scoped and architected as the physical goods counterpart to the Experience Portal. The site displays designer products with dual pricing — standard USD alongside an iKoins + reduced USD option — and handles the full checkout and fulfilment flow. I defined the product catalogue structure, the dual-currency pricing model, and the payment integration. Oversaw all development, tested every change, and managed through to publication. The only thing I didn’t do was write the code.

I led the complete design for this membership platform, establishing a premium visual identity that balances luxury positioning with spiritual purpose. The site features tiered membership comparison pages, service breakdowns for transport, accommodation, insurance, and visa services, plus integrated Islamic tools (Qibla finder, Tasbih counter, E-Quran). I oversaw the full design direction and visual language.

A complete ground-up rebuild of the existing website in WordPress, done pro bono. The site includes service pages for each therapy discipline, a Get Started flow, FAQ section, career listings, and a blog. I took the original design and rebuilt it entirely in WordPress with clean, maintainable templates.

A white-label concierge and experiences marketplace platform (web + React Native mobile app) that I scoped and architected from concept. I defined the full feature set and product direction, selected the tech stack (Laravel backend, React Native mobile), designed the UX flows, oversaw all development, tested every build, and managed through to launch. The platform could be licensed and resold to other businesses as a turnkey concierge solution. Shut down after my departure. The only thing I didn’t do was write the code.

A company directory platform I scoped and defined. The site let businesses create profiles and allowed users to search and discover companies across the Middle East. I created the product scope, defined the feature set, and oversaw development. The platform has since been shut down.

A private jet booking application I scoped and QA’d during an earlier iteration. I defined product requirements, tested all builds, and managed the release process. The current live product has been substantially rebuilt since my involvement — the screenshot shown is from the version I worked on.
